"The Last Empire"

About the project

Working on a futuristic post-apocalyptic thriller movie was a amazing and striking experience. With the important role of an art director, I was responsible for creating the overall image of the characters, their costumes, make-up, and hairstyles. Creating the sets and scouting the locations was also part of my work list. Given the unique genre of the film and the whole eerie vibe around it, it was a great creative challenge and an opportunity to dive deeper into the twisted nature of the characters and express a hidden meaning in their personalities through clothing, colors, and props.
